The jazz singer Nancy Wilson a three-time Grammy Award-winner was born on February 20 1937 in Chillicothe Ohio to iron-worker Olden Wilson and the former Lillian Ryan who worked as a domestic servant. She visited The Big Town, New York in 1959. Adderley's Agent heard her in The Blue Morocco Night Club, Boston Road, The Bronx and she then signed her contract.
