Eisley is born October 29 1993, in Los Angeles California to musician David Glen Eisley and actress Olivia Hussey. Two of her half-brothers come born from marriages between her two moms. Alexander Martin (half-brother) from her first marriage to Dean Paul Martin. Maximillian Fuse (half-brother) from her second marriage to Akira Fuse. Anthony Eisley was her grandfather. Eisley was in Headspace, a 2005 film together with her mom, at age of 12 in Headspace. After small roles in various independent film productions Eisley got a significant role in 2008 in The Secret Life of the American Teenager. The film featured her as Ashley Juergens the younger daughter of Amy Juergens. Following her role as Ashley got her GED after which she left the US for a tours. This freed Eisley to work on other projects. Eisley starred as Sawa in the action film Kite with Samuel L. Jackson. She filmed Social Suicide, a modern version of Romeo and Juliet that will come out in 2015. Briar was also a part of The Curse of Sleeping Beauty (a dark romantic fantasy) towards the start of 2015.
